Dom and Lily both have runny icky noses and coughs and keep coming over to rub it on me! What the heck! No wonder I'm getting sick. I've had a terrible sore throat for a couple days now and I've been sneezing a lot today. I think my nose will be runny by tonight. Bah.
They come at me and I'm yelling "Kleenex! Kleenex!" but they don't care. I think they may have a contest going of who can cover mommy the most. Ew.

Knit 'socks' for their noses!
Be sure and take all your vitamins....I hate when sick kids 'breathe all over me'.......the one time I wish they wouldn't share!

Hmm...methinks you're the one with the sock obsession. :pink
I managed to get down my iron pills today, but with this sore throat I'm too scared to try the big multi-vitamins. :shake I've been popping Ricola drops and looking for something to do on the internet. My email is boring today, the boards are slow, and I don't feel like touching my knitting. It's a good thing, too - they'd probably just slime it.

I always like a bit of tea with lemon and honey when my throat is sore......and it is good just about anytime..(Of course I am drinking this organic green tea -- which wasn't such a great purchase as it is super sweet...I am not a sweet tea drinker...)

Yeah, I've been drinking lots of tea. The warmth seems to help. Well, at least while I'm drinking it.

Dude. So wrong. I have a few who do that to me, too.

When my oldest was about 2 1/2, he came up to me one day and said "I see your shirt Mama?" I thought he wanted to look at the funny picture on it, but nooooo. He grabbed the hem, blew his nose and ran off laughing madly.
I was like :scratchc: where the heck did he learn that!?!

We had this cold/sore throat awhile back.....using cloth wipes helped save some noses from rawness. Hope it passes quickly.
