Need help! Best KA bright cyan blue?

Have a customer who wants a bright cyan blue. What KA color should I use & how many packs?

I got a nice turquoise color with Berry Blue KA. It's pretty variegated since I had to keep adding water/vinegar to get enough dye. I think I started with 10 packs. Pics are here, it's the second from the bottom when you scroll down:
