My DH has what can only be referred to as paws, giant freakin' paws (though I'm sure there are people out there with bigger hands)

His hand circumference measured above his thumb (like in the pattern measurement b) is about 10 inches. Do you think I should count on increasing the number of stitches for the body of the hand?

Or do you think it may work with as many stitches as you have written into the men's size pattern. I'm not sure what size hands you may have tested it on, and if any of them were like my DH's paws.

I have done the kids size and the women's size and the kids size fits me. The woman's size is too big. I think the man's size would be good for "paws" lol I should check my gauge though to be sure... lmk if you want me to!

thanks, I will. I have yet to buy yarn or anything for them, I need the paws to come to the store with me and tell me what he likes for them.

I have tried the large size on some very large men. They stretch to fit. You want a snug-fitting glove! Just make sure your cast on and bind off are loose!

Thanks.
I'm going to go ahead and knit the man size ones, I'm pretty good with not being tight on my cast on and bind offs. I've got some Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport in Mineshaft that DH likes I'm hoping will knit to gauge so I can use it:fingersx:
