Help! stupid dropped stitch!

I am making the LTK pilot cap, and I have been doing really well. I just noticed that I dropped a stitch somewhere right in the kfb1 and the slip. I don't know how to retrieve it when I am doing stockinette. Can someone help? :(

ohh man I dropped a stitch too, but I left it, LOL. but thats no help, dont you get a hook and do something with it? LOL, sorry this probably isnt helping, I hate dropped stitches.

I ripped out the last row to where I dropped the stitch, then I worked it up and counted my stitches and we knitted everything and it worked!
