Upgrade Maintenance 9/5/06

We have an upgrade for the forum software that I will need to install tonight. I will be taking the boards down between 9:30-9:45, and they should only be down for about 30-45 minutes if all goes well. :enote

Hey, all,
There were some problems with the upgrade, and I had to reinstall the backup which was not without issues itself. If you notice anything weird or funky, post it here and I'll take a look at it.
