Knitting needle rolls

Anyone know of any good patterns for needle rolls? I really need to make a couple of these. My current storage solution is just not working anymore... (I've been stuffing them into one drawer of a small plastic 3-drawer storage thingy.)

you can pull up a bunch by doing a google search...I think it is a pretty basic project so there likely isn't one pattern that out does all others...

Some are knit, some felted and some fabric....

I made one today - out of a vintage pillowcase that I bought at a thrift store months ago. This one is for my straights and dpns. AND I have another pillowcase left to make one for my circs next.

I'll post pics tomorrow when the light is better.

Ooooh I wanna knit one. I've been shopping for a nice needle roll for my circ's as I don't really like to sew... but I would have fun knitting and felting one! (I got all excited when I saw the link to the LTK one but it's sewn..)

Here's the pics of the one I made. It's not *perfect*, but I consider myself a novice at the sewing machine, so I think it's turned out GREAT!

Love that material! I have been using the robeez packs for needles (don't have enough straight needles to worry about a roll for them) but I think a new knitting bag is one the cards.
