Hi,
I am Morwenna and am mama to 5 children ages 2-13 (alomst 14, yipes!) with a new one on the way, due 12/04. We live in So Oregon and homeschool.
I started knitting when I was about 11. Learned mostly from books my mom had sitting around with a few hints from my grandma. I have made scores of blankets for friends' babies and my own, but only branched out past that a year ago!
I also started out with Stell's (F&F) free pattern and adapted it to suit me more. I started Mosaic Moon last summer to sell my soakers and other things as well--but it's the soakers they want! So far I really enjoy knitting and do it practically every day.
I am glad to be invited here and recognize quite a few names! Off to read around the forums....
