I use a plastic scraper they make for spreading caulk/plaster that I got from Lowes or Home Depot or some place like that to get solids off the diaper. Then I spray soiled diapers with It's a Miracle, which is an enzyme stain and odor remover. I do a cold rinse cycle with a tiny bit of Era (about a Tbsp). Then a hot wash with Sport-Wash. Once in a while I pour a kettle of hot water from the stove into the wash cycle to raise the water temp a bit. I also sometimes do an additional rinse cycle.
