Search for sewn or invisible (or tubular?) bind off - I love it especially for rib. I have it in a few books, but don't know where one would find it online. HTH

Or just do your typical bind off on a larger needle. xoxo

Eh, Pam, thems the easy ways of doin' it. ;)
At the same place: http://www.wonderful-things.com/newknit6b.htm
The top's a super elastic bind off (1x1 rib, but can be altered for other ribs easily, I think), the bottom apparently a super firm. Go fig!
I love how there are a million ways to do any one thing in yarn arts like knitting! :D
